How We Do It...We have extremely sensitive technical equipment that first monitors installed probes in your office network. As and when there is a problem the probes let our staff know. Proactively during the day our staff continually checks on the "health" of the probes and your network as well. If there is a problem with any network element or your users desktop experience, our experienced IT professionals will remotely take over the device and fix it with you on the phone. Its that simple! Who Is A Good Candidate...1. Site with minimal IT staff- We take alerts and manage the network. 2. Client with in-house IT staff that wants us to monitor critical elements and immediately identify the issues to the IT staff. 3. Client with no IT staff - we will remotely manage all key network elements, do ongoing maintenance of servers remotely and also fix any user desktop issue. If a situation arises where we can not fix the issue remotely we will immediately dispatch a qualified network technician to your location to remedy the issue. |
