CSM is a leading provider of On-Site network management for a variety of companies in the State of New Jersey and New York. Who we service Small to mid size businesses with 2-150 seats and with none to minimal IT staff in-house. Large businesses with IT staff at main office requiring local service and support for branch offices equipment and users located in New Jersey. How we do it We offer flat fee service contracts for 1/2 day per month to up to 5 days per week depending on the number of seats and complexity of the network site. The service contract provides on-site management of one or more networking functions. What we do 1. Help Desk Management: Maintain service log, provide on site services and subsequent phone support to network users, coordinate service parts and supplies, maintain service record and up-date service log status etc. 2. Connectivity Management: Provide operational support for Concentrators, Routers, Switches, Hubs, Access Points and Cabling Systems, telecom lines and carriers Liaison for LAN/WAN and Internet. Provide on site diagnoses and restore connectivity services etc. 3. Server Administration: Establish server administration and data validation procedures. Provide directory management, file maintenance and storage optimization. Create and delete users, manage user rights and password for application software and server access. Maintain and upgrade server based application and operating systems, anti virus, utility and patches etc. 4. Desktop Support: Isolate hardware and software issues. Support users with the operational aspects of their workstation including station reconfiguration, server link, anti virus, utility and patches etc. 5. Hardware Maintenance: Diagnose and correct the hardware problems and bring standalone PC to current operating system platform, workstation to server log-in stage and re-establish user application and menu preferences. |
