The term "managed services" is the latest buzz word in today's IT solution partner world. Remote Assist Network Managed Services For well staffed IT departments, we can set up on site probes for monitoring critical network elements for IT staff to self respond to the alerts while we remain in the back ground to help on as need basis. If you would like us to proxy remotely during various times we can remotely provide help desk services as well as network management services. We have clients that ask us to do full user and network management remotely as well as just help desk services or simply to monitor only their key network elements 24x7.
